		<description>I find the same to be true in my Personal Development Business. I have so many seats availiable and I need top dollar for my real estate spots that are availiable. I also make sure the value of my material is worth far more then what I am asking for it. This way I have integrity and can look the client right in the eye with no compunctions and ask for my price with confidence. I want my Institutes to be the most expensive in the Personal Development Business. However, whatever my price for my courses I, make sure they are worth a hundred times what I am asking or I do not sell it or teach it. That way I am known as the most expensive but, also worth every penny of it, and alot more by my clients.</description>
